Here’s a glimpse of the latest progress I’ve made on this Iron Man Sketch Cover commission. I started this stage by painting the stomach area first and then moved to painting pelvis and hip red armor areas. Next, I outlined the left armor with Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pens. From there, I painted the gold arm armor area. With that completed, I painted the red top arm area first and moved down to the elbow, forearm and lastly the fist area which completed this painting stage. The main technique I used for this painting stage was dry a brush technique.
This stage was was rendered with Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pens, Golden Acrylics, Princeton Select Brushes and Liquitex Softbody Acrylics.
