Here’s is a birthday commission I recently finished up. It was fun doing something a little different and yet the same. One of my favorite things when creating art is helping clients to celebrate their life through art.
I had 3 orders of custom shoes for Christmas presents this year. They consisted of Star Wars, Pittsburgh Steelers and Soccer. The custom artwork is painted on Converse All-Stars. It’s fantastic to be part of the process of making the holidays specials with custom apparel.

Started the paint stage of this Luke Skywalker Sketch Cover. Here is the result of the using Liquitex free•style splatter brush and adding the glow to the star field with dry brush blending.

Finished laying down Luke Skywalker pencils on the Shattered Empire Sketch Cover. Looking forward to adding paint to this in the near future. Can’t wait to see The Last Jedi next month.
